They gave us the worst possible room which is noisy and full of street lights, at least the curtains could be black out curtains , which isn’t. For a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), no extra bed was given, expecting us to adjust somehow, we stayed 2 places prior to this in different hotels and extra bed was given proactively. It’s a shame that you’re in business for so long and not even know the basic stuff,asked for extra bed and was denied saying the payment for the same was not done, as we booked the trip through an agency, we expected things to go smooth but staff in not helping in resolving matters rather giving petty reasons. Worst experience ever.

Standard Room is good for one night stay, there was no ventilation in room. Breakfast was good with 5-6 options, Veg is also available. It is located near by local market so do not expect very good view or nature. It is good for shopping and eating.

The best part of the stay was location. Rooms are clean and staff is happy to help with anything that you may need. All in all, happy with the stay. The breakfast could have been little better but I think it's to do with local taste vs our own preferences. The cafe and the club within the facility is worth a visit.

One Word "Sublime" for this wonderful hotel, Stayed here with my kid and wife for 2 nights, Right from the Check-In to Check-Out my experience was wonderful. Super great staff add one additional star for the cleanliness. The hotel was Spick and Span clean as one's own house and great varieties in the menu. Room Service was great. Special mention to Hemant Ji it was great to know him personally and I am grateful for his hospitality that he provided us for those 2 nights. Will definitely come back to Shillong and would strongly recommend this to my family and friends. Khublei Shibun! ❤️

Amazing place to stay. I hope they would reduce their price slightly as paying 2.7k for single occupancy in single bed with breakfast was slightly on the higher side. But overall it was a nice place to stay with good location. Sadly they don't have parking though. No parking, can't do online booking as well and the tariff are slightly on the higher side hence gave 4 ⭐

Right at the heart of police bazar. Rooms are cosy. But in most rooms single beds are usually joined, so not so good for couples. Service is prompt. Ambience is amazing. The reception area is so cosy with amazing decor. Whole day hot water service. Generator for power cutThey have room service for food. There is the famous evening club downstairs. There is their own bakery downstairs which provide a grade bakery items at amazing prices. The restaurant is in the ground floor. Breakfast is complimentary. But breakfast menu is limited, not a big spread. One type of fruit, bread, chocos, jam, butter, roti/puri with sabzi/dal, french toast/poha, paneer pakora/sausages, tea and something sweet. Sunday breakfast was cold at 7:45 a.m. breakfast starts at 7:30. Breakfast usually gets cold, which is not good. But music was good. We had a lovely time. Stayed in room 307. The room lock keeps malfunctioning. Hope they fix it. Their restaurant food is not bad..we tried cheese burst chicken burger, miso ramen, alu paratha, butter chicken,noodes, strawberry milkshake, hot chocolate..staff is very good. A must stay place. Tariff is around 3500 per night for a room for two

We stayed at eee cee for 2 nights. The property is exactly in police bazar with good accessibility. We took standard room(3200) for one day and execitive room(3600) for second day. Both the rooms were good but it is sorrounded by buildings from most of the side so dont expect a beautiful mountain views or anything. Breakfast were included with the charges. Over all the place was good but the service was better.

This hotel is located in the heart of Shillong city. It's a very busy area and crowded. If you don't like the city feeling and expect some exotic location, it's not the place however if you want to stay within city limits and want to access stores and markets in the walkable distance then it's the place. Rooms are really nice with ample space. Their restaurant is also decent and the quality of food is also good enough.
